Your privacy is important to us. Rushivarya Solutions respects your privacy and is committed to protecting any personal data processed in connection with the zonPOS application, in full compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable laws of India.

1. Scope & Offline-First Design

zonPOS is designed as an offline-first application. Most business, checkout, token dispatch, and transaction data is stored locally on your device in a secure SQLite store. We act as a Data Fiduciary only for limited account-related information.

Offline-First Security: Core customer queue lists and transaction details remain on your device and are never harvested for marketing or sold to third parties.

2. Personal Data We Collect

Account Information: Name, email address, optional phone number for subscription/lifetime licensing, device ID.
Technical Usage: Device hardware type, OS version, application build number, and crash logs for debugging.
Customer Data Entered By You: Customer names or tokens input for queue management remain stored locally on your device.

3. Your Rights as Data Principal

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to access, correct, or erase your registered account details, and nominate a representative.
