Important Notice: Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our software applications, websites, SaaS portals, or consulting services. By accessing or commissioning services from Rushivarya Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions & Scope

"Services" refers to custom software development, mobile application engineering (Flutter/native), web application delivery (Nuxt/Vue/Laravel), SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure setup, and technical maintenance agreements.

"Client" or "User" refers to any individual, enterprise, or institution accessing our websites or engaging Rushivarya Solutions for digital development services.

2. Project Engagement & Milestone Deliverables

Custom development contracts are governed by signed Statement of Work (SOW) documents detailing sprint milestones, acceptance criteria, and deliverable schedules. Source code and deployment licenses are transferred to the client upon full settlement of milestone payments as defined in the commercial agreement.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Client owns all proprietary business logic, content, trademarks, and bespoke code created specifically for their customized project upon final payment. Rushivarya Solutions retains ownership over its pre-existing core libraries, foundational scaffolding, and proprietary SaaS products (including zonPOS and Tithi).

4. User Obligations & Permitted Use

Users shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from compiled mobile binaries or protected SaaS APIs without explicit written consent. Users agree to use services in strict compliance with applicable laws of India and international cybersecurity regulations.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any legal dispute or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amravati, Maharashtra, India.
